Photographer, video maker, artist from Bordeaux.

Edouard Lallement, a multifaceted artist, embarked on his creative film photography journey in 2016, teaching himself the intricacies of the craft. He spent a year mastering the art of black and white printing in a laboratory he established in his basement en 2019.

In 2022, he showcased various photo series taken with his beloved Rolleiflex, a legendary camera, in Bordeaux. The photo "Slingshot" from the series "Around the Dune" was exhibited at the NFT London project 2022 and projected for ten days on the front of the London Underground station Shoreditch and he published his first photozine, "Ossau Tempo," which documented his solo trek through the French Pyrenees.
In 2024, his photozine "6 x 4 en 6 x6" was released, bringing together the photos making up his first selection of works physically exhibited to the public.

Hailing from Essoyes, village where the Impressionist painter Pierre-Auguste Renoir liked to live, Edouard's early interest in art and drawing was fueled by his exposure to Belgian comic strips. His passion for painting and sculpture was further cultivated through his involvement in various cultural and social events organized by the Renoir Association, of which his father was a member. As a teenager, Edouard transitioned from drawing on paper to expressing himself through graffiti and street art.

Edouard pursued his academic interests in art and design in 2002 at EFET, Paris XIII, where he studied interior architecture and took courses in film photography. He then attended L'Institut Supérieur des Arts Appliqués (LISAA), Paris VII, for applied arts and specialized in graphic design. After graduating as a Graphic Designer in 2007, he held various roles within the creative industry, including working as a graphic designer for a press group, a communication agency, and as a freelancer.

Throughout his career, Edouard has been passionate about exploring and creating artistic and photographic visuals, which he initially shared on Flickr from 2008 until 2019 before transitioning to Instagram in 2020. In 2015, he joined QERYS, a Bordeaux-based business group, as a layout artist. His skills and love for photography soon led him to take on the role of a photographer and, later, a videographer in 2018.
In 2023, he added another string to his bow by becoming a drone pilot.
